Is there a compelling reason to strip all "style" attributes?

$skip = ($attrname == 'style' || substr($attrname, 0, 2) == 'on');

Eventually, all style attributes are removed because of the above logic. If you're going to be that strict in your filtration, why not use one of the filters that strips all tags and attributes?
