function TransactionManagerInterface::handleAutomaticCommit
Manages the occurrence of an automatic commit.
In some cases the active transaction is automatically committed by the database server when a DDL statement is executed during a transaction (for example, MySQL). In such cases we void the remaining items on the stack, and emit a TransactionAutoCommitEvent to notify that a database commit happened while the Drupal transaction was still active. Later, a normal TransactionCommitEvent is triggered when the Drupal transaction is finalized.
This method should only be called internally by a database driver.
