function HtmlToTextTest::testUsenetSignature

Tests that trailing whitespace from Usenet style signatures is not removed.

RFC 3676 says, "This is a special case; an (optionally quoted or quoted and stuffed) line consisting of DASH DASH SP is neither fixed nor flowed."
