function GroupwiseMax::conditionNamespace

Helper function to namespace query pieces.

Turns 'foo.bar' into '"foo_NAMESPACE".bar'. PostgreSQL doesn't support mixed-cased identifiers unless quoted, so we need to quote each single part to prevent from query exceptions.
