function UnicodeTest::testSetStatus

@group legacy @expectedDeprecation \Drupal\Component\Utility\Unicode::setStatus() is deprecated in Drupal 8.6.0 and will be removed before Drupal 9.0.0. In Drupal 9 there will be no way to set the status and in Drupal 8 this ability has been removed because mb_*() functions are supplied using Symfony's polyfill.
