\Drupal\views\ViewsData $views_data: The views data cache.

\Drupal\Core\Cache\CacheBackendInterface $cache_backend: Cache backend instance to use.

\Drupal\Core\Extension\ModuleHandlerInterface $module_handler: The module handler to invoke the alter hook with.
